This hotel in the St Germain area offers great value for money. The rooms are well-appointed with traditional French decor and have views over St Germain Boulevard towards Notre Dame. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with many of The Paris highlights within walking distance.
All was fantastic, nothing to improve.

My family and I liked staying in the apartment. We were in a great location. There are lots of cafes and a great supermarket around the corner. It was a really nice experiance and a enjoyable time in Paris!

Location is superb (if you want to be at Saint-Germain). The kitchen, for those who would need it, is complete and good. I did not interact much with staff, but they were clearly friendly. The WiFi is not only free, but also good and easy, does not require the hassle one can find in other hotels.
The floor was not covered with carpets or any similar thing (I have a strong personal prejudice against bare tiles on the floor). The entrance is also a bit small, but I guess that is typical for appartments of this type. Our room (third floor) was shaking with anyone walking in the room - you get used to it after a while, but it bothered us in the beginning.

The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and cozy. It was also well equipped with a kitchen that had some complimentary tea bags, confitures and Nutella. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and outdoor markets.
The room facing the Boulevard was a bit noisy, especially during the day. there was only one mirror in the bathroom, which didn't work well for a group of four ladies who needed to get ready quickly.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the center of St Germain makes it easy to walk to everything in the area, including numerous restaurants. The rooms are decorated in traditional French style and feature comfortable big beds. I loved the views over StGermain Boulevarde towards NotreDame. Additionally, the hotel is kept very clean and the breakfast provides a classic view to start your day.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The flat (1bedroom, 1 living room) was very cosy and perfect for us (a couple with a toddler). It was spacious enough, quiet and located in a very nice area of Paris. The kitchen was very well equipped (fridge/freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher). We have stayed in various places in Paris before and this is definitely the best apart'hotel we have stayed in. No tired carpet on the floor and cheap furniture -gorgeous floor tiles and antique-looking furniture. Expensive but highly recommended!

Terrible experience. I have emails from the hotel saying they would make up an extra bed as well as the sofa bed as we were a group of 3. We arrived that night to no extra bed and when we tried to contact the office, they simply said this wasn't available (when I had an email from them saying they would do so). They left the wrong key, which meant we couldn't leave the apartment and had no security through the night and the wifi stopped from about 9pm so their offer of wifi was also poor. It's actually a very pretty apartment close to good shops and restaurants but the service was appalling and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I had an amazing stay at the Excellent central area and apartment offered by La Maison Saint-Germain. The location was perfect for exploring and experiencing the local atmosphere of St Germain. The apartment itself was well-equipped and provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day in Paris. The icing on the cake was the breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower from both balconies. If I ever return to Paris, this is where I will definitely stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, amenities, and stunning views.

Our recent stay in the heart of Paris was a dream come true. the best location with endless cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. We were within walking distance of some of the city's iconic landmarks and only a short distance from others via the metro. It's perfect for those who want to be immersed in a Parisian neighborhood. the apartment was cozy and well equipped, offering a comfortable stay for our party of four. We loved the smooth check-in and appreciated that we could safely leave our luggage before checking-in.

Location excellent. Bedroom great. Facilities great and available for use if you want to cook etc. Coffee good. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Lighting could be better. Sofa bed could be left "closed" for use as a sofa rather than open after apartment cleaned. Generally we had a pleasant stay and I would recommend this boutique hotel.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with well-appointed rooms and all the necessary facilities. The comfortable big bed ensures a good night's sleep, and the location is ideal, with easy access to the metro and many of the major attractions in the surrounding area. The views over StGermain Boulevard towards Notre Dame are simply stunning, and the breakfast provides a classic view to start your day.
Noisy surroundings, but to be expected in the heart of the city.
